After a menu download, any new menu items that are required to print to the kitchen will need to be assigned to the Kitchen Printer through Aura. If this is not done, the printer will not print the items.
Follow these steps to assign items.
1. Open Backoffice.
2. Click Lists > Menu > Kitchen Printer Wizard.
Items displayed on the left column are Unassigned.
3. To assign an item, click the item’s checkbox (Click All if assigning all items) on the left window, then click the Kitchen printer you wish to assign it to on the right.
4. Click Assign selected items to the selected printer. If the items disappear from the left, then they have been assigned.
