Thank you for your interest in our Self Service Terminals. 

We've put the application online and you can complete it on your phone or computer without needing to print, scan or fax.

Below we have also created a flow chart with the estimated timelines & sequence of events.

NOTE: This is a best-case scenario if everything is done on time.

Step 1: 

Franchise manager sends Franchisee’s the SST’s sign up link:

Step 2: 

Within 1 day.

  • Franchisee completes application form for SST’s via the link provided.

Step 3: 

Within 4 days.

  • Cosoft will send the quote.

Step 4:

  • Franchisee accepts the quote.

Step 5: 

Within 7 days after acceptance of the quote.

The customer would need to do the following:

  • Pay the deposits.
  • Sign and submit Cosoft paperwork.
  • AOD or Payment confirmed with Brand.
   The site approved by the brand.

Step 6: 

Once approved Cosoft will do the following:

  • Notify FNB that the customer needs a merchant number.

(Existing FNB customer: 14 days / Non-existing FNB customer: 21 days.)

Step 7: 

Within 7 days.

Customer will need to do the following:

  • Complete FICA documents for FNB.

Step 8: 

Within 7 days. Once 

FNB paperwork is complete Cosoft will do the following:

  • Notify Tactile to deliver SST’s to site.
  • Notify FNB of the installation date.

Step 9: Within 2 days.

  • SST arrives at the store.

Step 10: Within 2 Days.

  • Cosoft will install the POS and SST.
  • Notify FNB that Installation is complete.

Step 11: Within 1 Day.

  • The store will open for trade.

Step 12: Within 1 Day.

  • FNB will arrive at the store to configure the PIN pad.

Note that we will collect some information on behalf of FNB which we will share with them after you accept the quote from Cosoft and AOD has been confirmed with the brand.

FNB will then contact you and get you signed up for pin pads to take card payments. 

You will also receive preferable negotiated banking rates.
