On your desktop, you will have to create a shortcut to the batch file.

The batch file should be run at the end of the day to see a detailed report on all deliveries done with Third-party services.

For the repost to work accurately the customers created will need to match the customers that are generated on the report.

So firstly download the batch file onto the server computer. (Batch file attached)

Once you have downloaded the batch file. Right-click on it and select run as administrator.

It will then popup with an extract message make sure the destination folder is C:\Program Files (x86)\Alphapos then click Extract:

Once extracted, you will need to go to the file location:

This PC > Windows (C:) > Program Files (x86) > Alphapos > 3rdPartyDelExport

Then right-click on the 3rdPartyDelivery.bat, then select Send to then Desktop (Create shortcut)

Run the below bat file on your desktop:

Once the file has finished running it will create a CSV. File in the following folder location:

This PC \ Windows (C:) \ Program Files (x86) \ Alphapos \ 3rdPartyDeliveryExport \ Exports

The CSV. File can be opened in excel.

If excel is not on the PC, it would be nice to install it or install OpenOffice or Libre Office which is free.

It is NB to note that the export utility is hardwired to only lookup orders where the customer is exactly one of these and only using the First name field in Aura, not the surname.
