When an SST's name has been changed on the SST itself you need to always reset the Till to the new SST name in AESWEB, If you do not have access to do this you need to contact the helpdesk to do so.
Below are the steps on how to do this:
Step 1: Search for the store on AESWEB:
Step 2: Select the store by clicking on view:
Step 3: Select Store Level Tills:
If you get the following message you need to contact the helpdesk to assist further:
If you have access to the page you need to continue.
Step 4: Change the Till Type by selecting Set Till Types and changing the till type to Kiosk for the newly renamed till.
